Pastificio Artigianale BIA was founded in 2004 and focuses primarily on the production and marketing of artisanal pasta, both fresh and dried, including organic, as well as high-quality catering services.
The BIA brand has been present in large-scale retail trade in Sicily since 2009, as a supplier over the years to the main national and international groups (LIDL, Auchan, Sma, Coop, Conad Sicilia, Eurospin, Decò Fratelli Arena, Carrefour CDS Gruppo Romano, Penny Market, Ard Gruppo Ergon, Crai Sicilia, Sisa Sicilia, Famila-Iperfamila-A&O, Despar, etc.).
